Compensation Strategies for 2021 and Hot Tips for 2020.

    Radford’s Linda E. Amuso and John Radford returned to lead a discussion on a variety of compensation issues to current rewards strategies and trends they see going into 2021. They provided an insight into some of the hottest HR issues of the year, including CEO pay ratio, merit/salary adjustment planning, evolving equity compensation practices, retention of critical employees, and hiring practices.
