    About Our Program

    Radford’s Linda E. Amuso and John Radford return to lead a discussion on a variety of compensation issues to current rewards strategies and trends they see going into 2022. They will also provide insight into some of the hottest HR issues of the year, including CEO pay ratio, merit/salary adjustment planning, evolving equity compensation practices, retention of critical employees, and hiring practices.
