    Allison has a simple approach to employment practices: be proactive. She specializes in discrimination and diversity awareness issues; coaching managers and employees with disciplinary and/or behavioral problems. Her experiences in a variety of top organizations brings a valuable perspective to a sensitive topic.

    About our Program: In the year since George Floyd was murdered, many conversations have taken place about race and white privilege. Many companies have bolstered (or started) diversity and inclusion initiatives. These efforts are important, but are often not enough. We need to continue to have conversations around race, privilege and policies. The big question for HR is – how to have these conversations in the workplace and how to effectively answer why the topic remains important for your organization’s bottom-line and culture.

    This program will provide steps for HR leaders to create a framework for having these important race discussions in the workplace focusing on understanding white privilege, educating yourself and employees, and having a plan to have create a safe space for everyone to have respectful, meaningful, difficult and honest conversations.

    • How to create a plan on having productive discussions about race and white privilege in the workplace
