    About Our Program

Performance management practices, because they are human practices, are laden with bias. And although bias is not always a bad thing (it helps us make all sorts of decisions), in people practices it can be an issue in need of mitigation. While its always something organizations should focus on, in this past year of racial and social injustice in the US, we have a heightened awareness of the need.

Join Barbara Steel and Rob Ollander-Krane from the Neuroleadership Institute who will explore three places in the PM process where bias is often present… and provide some brain-friendly strategies to mitigate it.

JOIN US FOR A LIVELY AND THOUGHTFUL DISCUSSION

Attendees will gain an understanding of ways to mitigate bias in:

    • Manager evaluations
    • Calibration discussions
    • Review conversations
