    About Our Expert Speakers

    Linda E. Amuso is a highly recognized thought-leader and an expert in the field of executive and employee compensation design for the technology and life sciences industries. For 25 years, Linda has worked directly with senior management and Boards of Directors on developing and implementing executive, incentive and equity strategies while navigating the ever changing governance landscape. Since joining Radford in 2005, Linda has been instrumental in building Radford's consulting business and expanding Radford's services globally.

    Prior to joining Radford, Linda co-founded iQuantic, Inc. in 1993 and was a key contributor in building the organization into a national compensation consulting business recognized as a Top 100 Growth company by Inc. Magazine in 2002. Linda also led the expansion of iQuantic's business into the life sciences industry, leading the development of the life sciences survey and related consulting practice. Following iQuantic's acquisition by Buck Consultants in 2001, she held a number of leadership positions including Western Region Compensation Practice Leader, National Leader for the Biotechnology Sector and Northern California Market Leader.

    Linda earned a bachelor of science from Ithaca College and a master of arts in industrial and labor relations from Cornell University. In 2012, Linda was honored by the California Diversity Counsel as a Most Powerful and Influential Women's recipient. She speaks on compensation and corporate governance issues frequently, and has been an advisor to a number of private company boards. Linda is based in San Francisco.

    John Radford co-founded Radford in 1975 and led the firm to a premier market position as the top compensation survey provider for the technology industries. After nearly 20 years at Radford, he accepted the top compensation position at Cisco Systems where, over the next eight years, he implemented some of the most recognized and leading compensation and HR-related programs in the field.

    John rejoined Radford in 2002 as a senior vice president. His primary responsibilities include the overall management of the Global Life Sciences Survey and the management of the company's Strategic Steering Committees. He also is a regular speaker on a wide variety of compensation topics.

    John earned a bachelor of science degree in economics from the University of California, Santa Barbara, and a master of business administration from Stanford Graduate School of Business.
