    ABOUT OUR PROGRAM

Executive Search is not the same-old-same-old, Why?

This dynamic discussion of thought leaders in the talent acquisition and executive search business will explore the keys to Executive Search in today's war on talent with so much at stake.

    • Examining past practices and deciding what to throw out, keep doing and start doing today
    • What Strategic HR Leaders have done differently to build the "Right" executive teams
    • Strategies to leverage your resources in 2013 & 2014
    • The real cost to doing the executive search the old way
    • Which social media strategies and tactics will have staying power for when today's leaders ascend to the C-Suite.
    • The trend in larger organizations to build their own in-house executive search practices: we will explore those options.
