First Report from SHRM Conference in Atlanta
My first few days at the SHRM conference. I have been attending a course on HR Business Partnership. The learning objectives of the program are to identify the key leadership skills of an effective business partner and learn effective internal consulting skills, business acumen and how to develop a business case.
So far the key takeaways are the understaning of how the business partner is an "internal consultant" in the business and the process of being an effective consultant. Great course so far, almost to much to cover in two days.
